Selected catalogue references, quantities and preferred colors are saved in browser local storage so your list remains available when you return on the same device. Removing a line removes it from the saved list. Clearing this site’s browser storage clears the list.
When you submit an inquiry
Selecting Submit inquiry sends your name, company (if provided), email address, delivery country or region, project message, selected products, quantities and preferred colors to KNSFIT Sales at sales@knsfit.com. We use these details to review your requirements and respond about a quotation. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
How submission is processed
Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Resend delivers the inquiry notification to the company’s Alibaba Cloud mailbox. These providers process the submitted information as part of delivering their services, and processing may occur outside your country. The website does not maintain a separate customer inquiry database; inquiry messages and delivery records are handled by the email services. Contact sales@knsfit.com with questions about your information or to request correction or deletion.
Drafts and downloaded copies
Contact and project fields are not saved in local storage by this form. They remain on the current page during a submission attempt; reloading or closing the page may discard them. Previewing, copying or downloading a summary does not submit it. A saved file contains the details you entered, so store and share it appropriately.
External contact channels
If you use an email link or the 1688 storefront, information you choose to send is handled by that service and the company receiving it. Review the external service’s privacy terms before sending. Hosting providers may process request logs needed to deliver and secure the website.
Analytics and payments
This version does not include advertising analytics scripts or collect payment information. Do not include payment card details, passwords or sensitive identification information in a product inquiry.
